During lockdown what we missed the most was our Mum’s curry. It can’t be replicated in a restaurant nor can it be found in a supermarket.

Over many zoom calls we hatched a plan...Mum posted her home-made curry masala in sealed sachets to us. When the masala arrived, it was still fresh and all we had to do was add our choice of meat or veg. It felt as though Mum’s food had magically appeared on our table - fresh, healthy, home-cooked, just like Mum makes.

The word spread and people started asking us if we could post packages to them…“Curry Hack” was born
